We trace our origins to 1999 when Paragon Creative Group of Portland, Oregon, created MultiFamilyForms — the original forms software that became TenantTech^®.

Tenant Technologies, Inc., was formed in 2007 to grow and improve MultiFamilyForms. Our mission is to help property managers of all sizes to grow their businesses by saving time, money, and effort through powerful and efficient software and legal documents.

We believe in incredible customer service, technical support with a smile, and delivering the best software at an affordable price. We always listen to our customers, which is why many of our new features grow out of requests by current users.

We are the exclusive distributor of electronic forms for the following associations:
