Tenant Technologies, Inc., was formed in 2007 by Dick Williams and Scott Runkel in order to grow and improve the MultiFamilyForms software previously developed and marketed by Dick's company, Paragon Creative Group.

We are located in beautiful Portland, Oregon, which is also home to the Metro Multifamily Housing Association.

The original MultiFamilyForms software was a desktop-only program delivered on CD-ROM but updated exclusively through the Internet. This version quickly built a loyal following in Oregon and Washington based on its ease of use, speed, innovative interface, and Paragon's hands-on customer service. Scott Runkel was the original developer of the MultiFamilyForms software and has overseen its programming and design since 1999.

In 2003, we built the Forms Center, where anyone can buy rental forms individually, fill them out online, and get instant custom PDFs.

In 2006, we recognized a growing need for a web-based version of our MultiFamilyForms subscription software. Dick, Scott, and the rest of our team invested heavily to build our latest product, MultiFamilyForms Online, which requires only a web browser to run and is accessible anywhere.

Today we are the leading provider of electronic forms in the state of Oregon.
